Ultra Prism Deck Tech – Rampardos ULP

Hello everybody, PikaPoster here, and welcome back to another Ultra Prism Deck Tech Post. Today we will be looking at a hard hitting fossil Pokémon, Rampardos ULP.

Rampardos ULP

Rampardos 150HP [F]

[F] Clean Hit 60+
If your opponent’s Active Pokémon is an Evolution Pokémon, this attack does 60 more damage.

[F][F][F] Wild Crash
If your opponent’s Active Pokémon is a Basic Pokémon, it is Knocked Out.

Weakness – [G] x2
Resistance – [NONE]
Retreat Cost – [C][C]

This card definitely has some nice points. Decent hit points, a good first attack, and a cool second attack even out the more annoying aspects, such as the Stage 2, fossil, and retreat of 2.

Buzzwole is a nice secondary attacker, as it also has a decent first attack, good for early hitting. There isn’t really much more to say about this card. It’s just good.

Lycanroc could potentially be good with this, but I can’t really see this being good. I mean, it’s nice and all, but I think it would seriously hurt the deck’s consistency.

Deck List

I will be going with a pretty straightforward list, without much tech support. Buzzwole is basically your only other attacker, other than maybe Lele if you really tried. (Also, if you don’t have lele, you can substitute Oranguru or Octilery if you like.)
