Octillery 33/162 is the COTD today. It is a relitively strong water Pokémon, and it might be able to be put to good use.
Octillery 33/162 is a card from XY BREAKthrough that reminds me of a couple other cards. Its ability, Abyssal Hand, lets you draw until you have 5 cards in your hand, once per turn. It reminds me of Delphox from XY Base Set, Electrode from BW Plasma Freeze, Magnezone from HGSS Triumphant, and Porygon2 from EX Delta Species. The problem is, you will normally have 5 or more cards in your hand already, so there isn’t really any point in using it. I much prefer Shaymin-EX.
